Hotel cost is $144 for a room with two double beds.
For guests staying at the Nathan Hale Inn, there is free parking available at the hotel, which is on campus and within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) to the conference workshops. For anyone who is not staying at the hotel or who wants closer parking during the day, the South Garage is available at an hourly rate of $1-2; maximum $12 per day.

Please note: Engineering Ambassadors cannot attend the workshop without an advisor.
The registration fee for this workshop is $100 per person (includes food for the 3 conference days) Advisors will need to cover the cost of travel and hotel stay.

Visitors will be able to access the free wifi on campus.
Charging your laptops and electronic devices
Ambassadors are required to have a laptop for the conference. Please ensure that you fully charge your laptop and other electronic devices each night in preparation for the following day. There are not sufficient outlets and power strips in most areas to accommodate a large number of users.
Dress Code for Ambassadors
Friday: Wear your university/Ambassador program gear!
Saturday: Casual, but think jeans, not pajamas
Sunday: Business casual for your presentation
